THE GUEST'S RULES

Just a friendly reminder!

Respect check-in and check-out times. Check out is at 11 am, if you leave later there will be a penalty cost of $50.

Remember that parking is available whether on or off- street.

Don't share the access codes with any unregistered people.

Guest must provide ID prior to arrival. This is how you will receive registration instructions.

Not allowed: No parties or events, No smoking, No pets. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If found, we will cancel the reservation immediately. Any damages or anything listed above will call for taking your security deposit.

If you take our towels with you it's $15. Permanently stained sheets or blankets will be a charge of $25.

Respect curfew hours in regards to noise. Turn off the AC when you go out. Do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave.

Due to COVID-19, we are extra careful when it comes to the sanitary protocols. We would really appreciate you following them as well.

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damages to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Never leave cooking food unattended. If you must leave the kitchen for even a short period of time, turn off the stove.

Clean cooking surfaces after you are done cooking. Some stains can remain on surfaces.

Leave the kitchen as it was when you arrived. Thank you for helping us keep it clean.

If something is broken or not working, please let us know so we can have it fixed or replaced.
